ENGRAVING FAQs
Can you
engrave my item?
Yes! We
can engrave almost anything! Because we specialize in Hand
Engraving, your item does not need to fit into a machine!
Can you
engrave leather?
Leather and vinyl products
cannot be engraved. However, they can be embossed or
debossed. We do not have an embossing or debossing
service. We can engrave a beautiful silver or brass plate to
attach to your leather or vinyl item.
Can you engrave
my logo or artwork?
Yes! We
can engrave any black and white artwork, line drawings and
logos. We can adapt your color art and logos for engraving.
Artwork charges will apply.
Can you
engrave in foreign languages?
Yes! We
can engrave in any language, even those using different
alphabets! However, you must provide us with the exact
inscription and font style, as we engrave it as though it were
"artwork". Please see Artwork

What typestyle or
fonts do you use?
We
specialize in Copperplate Engraving, a beautiful and elegant
hand script. However, we can engrave using many common fonts
on many items.
How do I get something of mine
engraved?
Call or email us with a description
of your item and your engraving requirements. We will give you
an engraving estimate. You may either bring in your item or
ship it to us. If you ship your item, please include your
name, phone number and return shipping address. Also include
your engraving instructions and any artwork you have requested
to be engraved. Please see Artwork

How much will engraving cost?
Because every Engraving order is custom designed, pricing
depends on the size and amount of lettering, any added monograms
and artwork and the intricacy of the designs. Please call for
price quotation.
How long will the engraving take?
Because every Engraving order is custom designed, production
time depends on the size of your order and the item/items
being engraved. Typically, an order takes 5-7 working days to
complete. Large orders can take 1-2 weeks. Please see Production

Production
& Delivery
Because every Engraving order is custom designed,
production time depends on the size of your order and
the item/items being engraved. Typically, an order takes 3-4
working days to complete. Large orders can take 1-2 weeks.
Delivery takes 1-2 days to Southern California, up to 1 week
to the East Coast. |

Artwork
Requirements
We accept
artwork via email or regular mail. We accept file formats
of psd, .pdf, .eps or.ai. We require the highest
resolution, minimum 350dpi. If you are bringing in or mailing
us a hard copy, we can scan artwork and logos from letterhead,
brochures and business cards, however, artwork and set-up fees
will apply. |

Shipping
Charges
We ship
FedEx Ground. We suggest providing a work address if you
are away from home during the day. Wine and champagne orders
must be signed for by someone 21 years of age or older. |

Payment
Policies
Merchandise
to be engraved must be paid for at the time of order. We accept
VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover over the phone;
and these plus checks and cash in the shop. E-mail is not
encrypted, so please do not transmit your credit card number
via e-mail, just give us a call. |

Return
Policies
We will
accept for return any un-engraved merchandise purchased from
our shop, still new and in the original packaging within 30
days of purchase. |

Merchandise
to be engraved must be paid for at the time of order. We
guarantee ever order for quality and accuracy and will replace
any order that is incorrect due to our error. |

third party without your prior consent. The Engraved Letter

you may elect to discontinue receiving correspondence from us
